Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel happy and confident with your MULYN piece. If for any reason it doesn't feel right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Sale items  
• Gift cards  
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery  


Natural crystal variations

Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and gemstones, slight variations in color, texture, inclusions, and patterns are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for a replacement item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
